Added a train trench cover project page to the public spaces projects. Construction on this should start very soon.

NEW RETAIL PROJECT! – 100 North Sierra will include two-level health club and large amounts of retail space, and exterior/interior renovation.
Downtown Reno Ballroom

Clark and Sullivan trucks have been seen looming around the new Downtown Ballroom project, so I figured it was time for an official page. Construction should start any week now.
Street Beautification

Right before the League of Cities arrived in Reno, downtown underwent a massive street beautification project which included putting a median in on West st, with new landscaping and lighting. Virginia Street from the Truckee to 2nd Street also underwent huge transformations; it was narrowed to two lanes, sidewalks widened and new street lamps and landscaping put in. Reno crews did it so fast, and so I figured it deserved its own permanent page, since the beautification isn’t over yet, and begins again January 1.
